Seawall Music Festival

For over 40 years, Portsmouth has hosted the annual Seawall Music Festival in conjunction with Norfolk’s Harbor Fest.  Guest travel back and forth across the Elizabeth River on ferries that run every 15 minutes.  The event begins on Friday afternoon with bands playing into the night on Friday and Saturday.  Beach Music, Jazz, Top-40, Rock and Roll, and more can be heard all along the seawall.  Beer and food vendors, along with crafters and other retail, dot the Portsmouth waterfront.
