Founded by the Portsmouth Partnership, Bloom is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing more businesses to Portsmouth and helping them take root and achieve their full potential. We believe in our city and are proud to support our community of entrepreneurs and provide a gathering space for professionals to meet, work, and collaborate in the center of Olde Towne. If you need an inspiring place to work, we’ve got a space for you.
Bloom opened its doors in November 2020 and believes your workplace should be a springboard to success, not an obstacle. Our coworking space for professionals and entrepreneurs who need an extra spark of creativity, is a place to be more productive, and a professional office environment without the cost and headache of a long-term commercial lease. Wherever you are on your journey, we have flexible membership options from casual drop-ins to team offices.
Our current space at 719 High Street is a precursor to our final home on the corner of Effingham and High Street. We will completely renovate over 10,000+ square feet of the former Blumberg’s department store to create a brand new Bloom with even more capacity and stunning architecture ushering in new businesses right at the heart of Olde Towne and conveniently located with access to all the cities in Hampton Roads.
