The word yoga means to unite. Come practice uniting your mind, body & spirit! Join Juniper and experience a flow to help your body find new rhythm while doing yoga outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of the Preserve before it is open to the public.
A little about the teacher: Juniper was born and raised in San Diego and has been in this area for a little over a year. Since getting certified to teach yoga, Juniper has been teaching kids yoga and believes that yoga is for every body and everyone. She loves informing people that yoga is so much more than becoming flexible in the body! Yoga can reduce anxiety & stress, help balance & strength, remind you of the importance of breath, increase mental flexibility and most importantly give time back to you.
Beginner friendly! All ages welcome!
