Special Day for Special Needs at The Children’s Museum of Virginia

The Portsmouth Museums invites children with special needs and their families to enjoy a morning of their very own. Admission is lowered to $5 per person with a caregiver admitted for free. We’ll highlight our latest traveling exhibit: FRAMED: STEP INTO ART™ in which you are immersed in the world of famous paintings.
