Join us for a neighborhood yard sale! Shop house to house in Olde Towne from 8 am to 1 pm. You never know what treasures you may uncover! A list of participating homes will be available a week prior to the sale on the Olde Towne Portsmouth Civic League’s Facebook page.

It’s time to clean out those closets, attics, and basements! If you’d like to participate, please email us at info@otpcl.com to be added to the list.
Olde Towne Portsmouth Civic League will promote the event on our social media platforms, via email, and put up signs around the neighborhood the week before the date.
There is no fee to pay Olde Towne Portsmouth Civic League and sale proceeds are yours. However, the City of Portsmouth has a yard sale permit process for each homeowner that entails a permit form and a $5 charge. Please stop by City Hall, Commissioner of Revenue office or call 757-393-8771 to complete the city permit process. City Hall is reopening next week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Olde Towne Portsmouth Civic League cannot obtain the permit for your home and is not responsible should the city impose a fine.
