Maker Fest 2019

Join the Children’s Museum of Virginia and the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center for a day of inventing, designing and making! Explore interactive demonstrations from blacksmiths, wood turners, weavers, spinners, and glass blowers. Learn about new processes such as 3D printing, building robots, and Maker technology. Participate in hands-on activities and workshops throughout the day. Maker Fest is included with museum admission and free activities are available in the courtyard at the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center and Middle Street Mall.
