Take a ride around Olde Towne May 21 with the city’s Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism and Portsmouth Police. Start at the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion, tour Olde Towne, and return to the pavilion. Riders 15 and younger must wear helmets.
