HRT Partners with Olde Towne for an Earth Day Clean up of the ferry landing and bus stops!

This year’s effort is on Friday April 21, 2023, at bus stop locations in Olde Towne Portsmouth and across the city. Clean-up time is determined by the individual/group. Volunteers will be greeted by an HRT employee and supplied with trash bags and gloves.

Littering contributes to polluted water, unclean streets and communities, and is dangerous to wildlife and humans. Join Hampton Roads Transit in honor of Earth Day, for a Regional Bus Stop Cleanup! This is a great opportunity for citizens, civic leagues, and other groups to get involved and help make a difference in our community!
