Dutch Maid Donuts began in 1962 when Wilsie Wood opened her first bakery in MidCity Portsmouth, Virginia. What started as a single shop soon became a local favorite—expanding to 22 locations across Hampton Roads.

Known for her warm smile and unwavering work ethic, Wilsie became a beloved part of the community. Her recipes became household favorites that families enjoyed for generations. Now, decades later, the same family tradition is hitting the road with freshly made donuts.
