Ribbon Cutting – Portsmouth Welcome Center

The new Portsmouth Welcome Center offers visitor information, new resident information, and an expanded gift shop. The ceremony features remarks by Mayor Glover, a representative from Virginia Tourism, and the President of the Olde Towne Business Association. Light refreshments to follow.
