Literary Arts is one of the highlights of the 4 Arts Festival with 22 authors  autographing books in front of shops on High Street from 11 am – 2 pm. The event features a wide range of authors and genres including Denise Jefferies, best selling author with 13 published books. Denise is known for bringing the characters alive in her stories while adding a touch of wit, mystery, and suspense. Her books aren’t called “a wild ride of romance and intrigue” for nothing. You can meet and greet local favorite and award winner,  Allie Marie, who just published her third book in the True Colors Series, which is a combination of romance, the paranormal, and historical mystery that is set in Olde Towne Portsmouth.
