Olde Towne - New Site! Welcome to the NEW oldetowneportsmouth.com website! Here, you will find a wealth of information on our attractions, our merchants, our restaurants and much more.
Our goal was to make our site:
- more attractive
- more user-friendly
- more useful
In order to accomplish those goals, you’ll see that we’ve made some pretty major changes to the site.
A few of those examples are as follows:
Our Calendar Section. Check out our calendar page to see all of the great events that we have taking place throughout the year. If you’re interested, you can subscribe to the calendar so that you can remain updated as the calendar adds new events.
The Way We List Information. Our “Attractions,” “Shopping,” “Dining,” “Accommodations” and “Businesses” pages are complete listings of the businesses here in Olde Towne - Our members are listed alphabetically at the top. The remaining businesses are listed alphabetically underneath. We’ve also enabled our members (and non-members) to create enhanced listings to further describe their business, provide links to their respective sites, include menus and more.
The Way We Communicate With You. We’ll be changing this section of the site on a regular basis in order to keep you up-to-date with our events, specials and more. We’ve also increased our advertising space and capacity so that we can connect you with businesses and events that are of interest to you. If you have a business in Portsmouth and are interested in advertising, please contact us - we’d love to work with you! Last - and certainly not least - we’re starting a monthly newsletter that we’ll be sending out via email to interested visitors, businesses and more. Simply enter your email address in the “E-News Sign Up” and you’ll start receiving the newsletters.
